At Scentisan, we strive to deliver your fragrance products quickly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping policy to ensure you have all the information you need.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

  • We offer standard shipping options through reliable carriers. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund, as applicable. Refer to our refund and return policy for greater detail. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Scentisan is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may incur additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped.
